Our other properties Haydown Close                         To tariff

Haydown Close is a newly built four bedroom house in a most attractive rural setting in the village of St Breward. A popular moorland village in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it has all the day to day amenities with a local shop and Post Office/newsagents/internet café and coffee bar, an ancient church and the award winning Old Inn.

Located midway between the market town of Wadebridge and the old county town of Bodmin, the A30 is just a few miles across the Moor providing excellent road access to both North and South coast beaches and the world renowned Eden Project.

Haydown Close has the benefit of central heating and high quality fixtures and fittings and still has the feel of a cottage, benefiting from a lovely open fire in the sitting room and comfortable and stylish furnishings throughout the rest of the house.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom, so Haydown Close can comfortably accommodate up to six people. We also provide a cot and highchair for your little ones and with one kingsize, one double and two single beds, there is no lack of good sleeping space. We have lovely crisp fresh bed linen and towels which is all included to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of good and functional modern units and includes everything you may need to cook up a storm and with a dining table in the conservatory to seat all of you, you can really enjoy those evenings in after a hard day at the beach or sightseeing.

The garden is generous and is approximately 60 feet long and laid to lawn with a seating area to include garden furniture and a barbecue. Far reaching views across Bodmin Moor towards the North Coast will captivate you, as will the stunning sunsets from this westerly aspect.

Haydown Close is a lovely and comfortable base from which to explore and enjoy this part of Cornwall. We provide a cream tea on arrival and a breakfast hamper for your first morning to really kick start your holiday and to make you feel welcome.
